Service here is great and the staff is super helpful. It's awesome that you can park right on the premises. The room was neat and well-maintained, with a little surprise on your pillow. The management is top-notch and always on point....

The location was great and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. There were convenience stores and a grocery store around the hotel.

The location of the facility
The trash that was on the outside of the property could have been picked up a little bit better

Desk clerk was friendly and accommodating.
Ceiling light fixture missing, therefore no light over desk. Refrigerator did not appear to be working. No ice machine on property. Telephone not plugged in, had to locate and unravel cord to get plugged in and working. For a person who can sleep anywhere at anytime and does not require or expect many amenities, like ice, light, fake breakfast, etc., this is the very definition of low-rent lodging. Only thing that saves it from a zero star review is that the price is attractive and there were no surprise up-charges. I have had better for less in similar markets, worse for more.

nothing
the property and staff are a complete disaster, the building itself is ancient, it needs to be torn down, dirt everywhere, doors falling off hindges windows broken out and covered with plywood, smells of insect spray, the carpet in our room was covered in cockroach powder, floor in kicthen area and bathroom was covered in water from a thawing out frig, beds were unkept. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. we would have been better off sleeping in our car....really. Don't even think about staying at the Crossland. We were there for the NASCAR race and this was the only property that had any rooms left open in the area, now I know way.

Liked the location. Close to what we were doing that weekend.
Room smelled like smoke. We reserved a king bed and didn't get that. They jacked the price up for race weekend.

Amazing stay, as always. Absolutely great place, free parking, excellent staff. New building and rooms with a kitchen. A good area, comfortable and nice location close enough to Dallas as well as general stores.

Staff was friendly and helpful but they are understaffed. The office employees are also the housekeepers. The a/c worked very well.
The place was dirty. I had to clean the kitchen area. There was stuff on the counters and stove-top. The refrigerator was small and the tiny freezer was severely iced over and we could not use it. I had to wait over an hour for the dishes that are supposed to come in the room. When I did get them they had food stuck to them and we only got 2 spoons and 1 steak knife to eat with. I killed 2 roaches and had a spider fall on me while on the bed. There was a centipede looking crawly in the bathroom and spiderwebs in the corners. The dresser and nightstand were all scratched up and looks as if they had been standing in water. Outside was very dirty. Cigarettes butts littered the grass. Transients loitering around. Homeless people hanging around and all kinds of things happening in the parking areas.

When we arrived in our room the ac did work properly and was leaking all over the carpet went to take a shower and the shower head was broke and flooded the bathroom. There was no trash can in the room for our trash. Went down to the office and told them they all they could do is pass it to the manager in morning. Will never stay there again
